Please be aware that wearing a face covering is compulsory in the lifts, the stairwell, and all corridor spaces, in addition to the lobby. 

In line with government guidance, from midnight on Friday 15th October won't be accepting visitors of members. Only members will be allowed into the building. 

We offer memberships from 3 months to a year. Simply renew your membership if you want to stay longer – and you can renew as many times as you like! Many of our members stay for a year or two. 

Our minimum length of stay at The Collective Old Oak is 3 months – but you can stay at The Collective Canary Wharf for just a night, a week or a couple of months! If you’re sure you want to try co-living at The Collective Old Oak, send an email to salesteam@thecollective.com with your full name, email address, contact number and your move in/move out dates, and we’ll see what we can do. 

Absolutely, lots of our members work or run their businesses from our spaces. When you stay or live with us you get access to a workstation in your own ensuite or studio and a huge variety of stylish co-working spaces. All the important essentials are taken care of: from ergonomic seating to printing, meeting rooms, tea points and super fast, secure WIFI. The best thing? It's all included in your rent. 

As long as everyone is over the age of 18, you can come with as many family member as you like. Please be aware that our maximum occupancy for ensuites is 1 person, and for studios is 2 people. 

Of course! As a couple, you can move into our studios or one bed apartments, suited for two.

The main difference between an Ensuite and a Studio is that with an Ensuite room, you share your kitchenette with one other person and in a Studio room, your kitchenette is private. Both Ensuite and Studio rooms have their own private bathrooms.

Yes. Your rent is paid monthly, at the start of every month using direct debit. When you receive your licence agreement after paying your deposit, you’ll also receive instructions to set up this direct debit. It’s super easy!

Absolutely. We’re still open as usual for in-person tours and and long term move ins. We’re certified as COVID-secure, so you can rest assured your health and safety is taken care of. We will ask you to wear a face covering when on the tour or in public areas to protect our members and team.

Weekly rent varies according to length of stay. Displayed rent free offer calculated based on a 12 month membership and discounted weekly rent.
