Black Lives Matter

We stand with the Black community, our Black colleagues, partners, members and collaborators, today and every day. 


Our business was founded on the principles of togetherness, community and inclusion, and we will not tolerate prejudice or inequality. We love the diversity of our team and our communities, but we know it's not enough just to be diverse, and we can and will do better. We commit to taking action, continuing to embed inclusive practices into our business and buildings. 


We're focusing our action in three key areas: our teams, our buildings and our communities. We have appointed a dedicated Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Working Group to focus on driving forward an action plan for increasing our inclusion and diversity, and forging long term partnerships with organisations tackling racial inequality in the UK and US that we can financially support and empower. We've also signed up to the Race at Work Charter, committing to accountability on publishing ethnicity data, embedding inclusion into company and individual objectives, and supporting the career progression of ethnic minorities in our workplaces.
