Many different people make up The Collective. From entrepreneurs to creatives, developers to teachers, it’s the unique stories and skill sets that make collective living full of opportunity. To meet different people, collaborate, and learn something new.

In our new video series, we get to know some of these people and learn about what drives them.

Next up, meet Ligaya. Originally from Nairobi, Kenya, Ligaya came to The Collective almost a year ago. As a chemistry teacher by day, Ligaya’s penchant for mixing ingredients and brewing concoctions manifests in her passion for artisanal soap-making.

Here, she talks about soap-making as an artistic and therapeutic expression, the healing powers of soaps and scents and tips for making your own soaps.
